SUMMER TAXES ~ Payable July 1st, 2008 thru September 15th, 2008 without interest or penalty.
Beginning September 16th, 2008 a 1% per month interest fee will be added to the unpaid balance. Payments received on or after February18th, 2009 are subject to an additional 3% penalty
WINTER TAXES ~ Payable December 1st, 2008 thru February 17th, 2009 without interest or penalty
Payments received on or after February 18th, 2009 are subject to an additional 3% penalty.
Beginning March 1st, 2009 all unpaid property taxes are delinquent and MUST be paid to the:

MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW
The only time of year that a property owner may appeal their property valuation is at the March Board of Review.
Times and dates for the review which must be held during the week of the 2nd Monday in March, are contained in the Assessment Change Notice mailed to you in February.
Following a determination by the board, a property owner becomes elligible to further their appeal to the Michigan Tax Tribunal. This further appeal must be received by the Michigan Tax Tribunal on or before the 30th of June following the Board of Review decision.
Please Note . . Only those property owners who have appealed to the March Board of Review will be allowed an appeal to the Michigan Tax Tribunal.
